Top spots in Greater Toronto Area
Stunning locations

Millennium Square & Nautical Village | Pickering
A hidden gem in the Durham Region, Millennium Square offers a perfect blend of "Coastal Chic" and serene nature. Located at the foot of Liverpool Road, the area features a charming nautical-themed village, wooden boardwalks, and wide-open views of Lake Ontario.
The Vibe: Relaxed, airy, and romantic.
Best For: Maternity sessions, family portraits, and golden-hour sunset strolls.
Union Station & Financial District | Downtown Toronto
For those who love a sophisticated, high-fashion aesthetic, Union Station is unmatched. Its soaring Beaux-Arts ceilings and stone columns provide a grand, editorial feel. Step outside, and you’re surrounded by the sleek glass and steel of the Financial District, offering a modern "Big City" energy.
The Vibe: Sophisticated, timeless, and cinematic.
Best For: Professional branding, modern engagement sessions, and sharp editorial portraits.
Humber Bay Shores & Arch Bridge | Etobicoke
This location offers the best of both worlds: lush greenery and the most iconic view of the Toronto skyline. The white geometric arches of the Humber Bay Bridge provide a striking architectural element, while the rocky shores and butterfly habitat offer a peaceful, natural escape just minutes from the city.
The Vibe: Modern-meets-nature with epic skyline views.
Best For: High-energy event "Storybox" setups, fitness branding, and lifestyle photography.
Planning tips & FAQ
What is the best time for our shoot?
For outdoor locations like Millennium Square or Humber Bay Shores, we highly recommend the "Golden Hour"—the hour just before sunset or just after sunrise. This is when the light is softest and most flattering, creating that warm, editorial glow. For indoor or urban spots like Union Station, mid-morning or early afternoon often provides the best balance of natural light and manageable crowds.
What should we wear or pack?
Your outfit should reflect your personality, but we generally recommend neutral tones and solid colors (creams, tans, soft blues, or deep greens). These colors photograph beautifully against both the lakefront and the city's stone architecture. Avoid busy patterns or large logos, as they can distract from the main subject: you. If you’re planning a session at multiple locations, we suggest one "casual" look and one "elevated" look to give your gallery variety.
Do we need a permit for photography?
Permit requirements vary by location. Public parks in the Durham Region are often flexible, but high-traffic areas like Union Station or certain Toronto Conservation areas may require a pre-purchased photography permit. Don't worry—part of our service is helping you navigate these logistics. We will advise you on whether a permit is necessary for your chosen spot and can help guide you through the application process to ensure our shoot is seamless and stress-free.
