Rental Duration: Standard rental periods are based on a daily rate, with equipment expected to be returned by the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees.

Liability: The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the moment of pickup/delivery until it is returned and inspected by Point.Click.Shoot.

Damages: Any repair or replacement costs exceeding the security deposit amount due to negligence or accidents will be the responsibility of the renter.

Refunds: Security deposits are released within 24–48 hours following a successful post-rental inspection of the equipment.
